It's Deductible won't allow adding donations after donations have been saved. It just replaces the previous one.

I had thought that I had saved all my donations. So I finished and closed the process as though there were no more.

You should be able to go back into the program and add whatever you need to add.  Make sure you click on "add" instead of "edit."
