It is telling me I have excess contribution in my hsa. We have spent all but $73 of our hsa. Dose that mean we have withdrawn all but $73?

No.  This means the amount you contributed to your HSA is more than the maximum allowed.  You need to remove the excess contribution by the due date of your tax return to avoid paying the extra 6% penalty tax.
