Is TurboTax generating correct 2019 child tax credit? I'm only getting $500 for new child born mid-2019. Need to change answer to lived with me all year to get full $2K

Yes, as you say, if you had a child born in 2019 you should indicate that the child lived with you all 12 months, even if he/she was born on December 31. If that doesn't fix it, go through the personal info section for your child again to make sure you have correctly answered all the questions.
