Is there still a Itax credit for hybrid vehicles

I have a Lexus RX 460h and was wondering if there was still a tax credit for the hybrid purchases and if so, where would I find the amount of the credit?

Where do I enter in CT state vehicle taxes paid? I was able to enter in my primary residence property tax for CT. The maximum credit is $300, and I am nowhere near that.
