Is the State of Ohio Disability Benefit the same as a Social Security benefit?

HI I'm doing my State of Ohio taxes, and it is asking for a Disability benefit.  My wife is disabled and gets Social Security because of it. We received SSA-1099 that was entered on our federal taxes. For the purpose of the state taxes are those net benefits the same as a Disability benefit or would there be a different form showing Disability as opposed to the regular Social Security? I don't want to mess it up.

Thanks for any information

If her benefits are associated with long-term disability as opposed to retirement,  they would likely qualify for the disability income exemption in Ohio. You can learn more here:   Ohio laws & Admin Rules
