Is the Kansas Property Tax Relief Claim Form KS-40PT electronically filed with the Kansas return or do I need to mail this form?

The instructions mention the Kansas state income tax return, but there are no instruction about the Property Tax Relief Claim.

The Kentucky form KS-40PT is supported by TurboTax so it will automatically be efiled with your return. You do not need to mail it in.
