Is my "personal injury protection - allowable expense" under auto insurance policy amount for the "medical portion of auto insurance premium"?

I have the PIP added to my auto policy since my healthcare covers something related to auto accident.

Unfortunately, you cannot deduct any portion of your personal car insurance as a Medical Deduction.  See IRS Topic 502 publication on Deductible Medical Expenses.
