In the MISC adjustments for Oklahoma it lists "Qualified Medical Savings/Health Savings" what does this mean I can deduct? I have an HSA that we paid expenses out of?

No, you do not need to enter the amount for your HSA here.

It was already done on the federal level which was passed to Oklahoma.

Your HSA contributions and distributions are deductible in Oklahoma.

The instructions for the state of Oklahoma income tax state: "Note: If you took a Medical Savings Account Deduction to arrive at Federal adjusted gross income, you can not take a deduction on this line." See the Oklahoma Tax Commission's website -  https://www.ok.gov/tax/documents/98511pkt.pdf

When you entered the contributions to and distributions from your HSA on the federal return, they reduced the federal income that fed to Oklahoma's income for state purposes.
