If my employer provides vehicles, gas, and all related costs for employees up to 15 miles. Outside of that they do not provide anything. Can I deduct my mileage and gas?

Yes, if the mileage is NOT commuting back and forth to work or for reimbursed miles, then you can deduct mileage (for which you were not reimbursed) as a job-related expense.

Note, though, that job-related expenses (mileage for work) is part of the itemized deductions, therefore you must itemize expenses to include this deduction.  And, the deduction is subject to the 2% AGI floor, meaning only the amount of job-related expenses that are over 2% of your adjusted gross income will be included as the job-related expenses in your itemized deductions.
