If I have a form 1095-A listing premiums I paid out of pocket with no tax credits. Are the premiums deductible for medical expences?

Yes, premiums paid for health insurance (less any subsidies, had you received them) count as part of your deductible medical expense.

Yes, premiums paid for health insurance (less any subsidies, had you received them) count as part of your deductible medical expense.
