Federal review says property tax form will be available on date "0"

When I get to the Federal Review section, TurboTax shows what is in the attached screen shot. I already completed the property tax section, so what is going on? And what does "Avalable:0" mean?

I would wait until 2-1-19 for the schedule A update.  If you still get the message, I did the following: Click on forms and deleted the schedule A and re-click on your schedule A deductions and the error should go away.

I tried your suggestion now (January 31), and unfortunately it didn't work.
