the latest timely filing date for federal would be 10/15/2020 but you would need an extension. federal payment is due 7/15/2020 as is the return if you do not get an extension.

states are up in the air so check your states website.

I took over a business run by my Deceased mother. She only lived 2 months of 2024- 1099k in her name
