I wasn't asked to enter out of pocket heath expenses. Should they have asked that?

That's something you'll enter by clicking on the Federal Taxes tab (or Personal, in TurboTax Self-Employed), then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Medical and select Medical Expenses. Then follow the prompts to enter your out of pocket medical expenses.
