I was a real estate last year for a few months and now I am not but did sell two properties will I get a form from the office I worked for to file with my taxes?

Yes, if you earned more than $600 they are required to send you a Form 1099-MISC reporting your income.  You will need to report it on Schedule C of your tax return.
