No, you do not have to add them as you wrote them off in 2015. However, be sure to keep a permanent record of all your asset acquisitions and depreciation.

We have rental property under professional property management. If repairs (not improvment) are completed in Dec, but paid in Jan, are these deducted in 2023 or 2024?
