I thought I had added my daughter on my taxes but when I down loaded my taxes she was not on my deductions

there is no dependent deduction any more.   you did not give us enough info to determine  your daughter qualified you for any credits or special deductions.   to see if she's listed as a dependent look at the top of the return see should be listed as a dependent on page 1 of the return.   the section is just above line 1.
