I started my own office services business in my condo in 2016. My condo is paid for, but I still pay association dues.

I cannot take the home office deduction becasue I use the space to also pay my own bills, and eat.  But can I take a portion of the association dues and the electric bill?  Or is that included in the home office deduction?  My apologies for my ignorance but this is all new to me.

It's all part of the same thing. If you don't have an exclusive home office, you can't deduct any of the expenses.
