I received a T4 slip as my job took us up to canada for about a week to work. How do i file my canadian income tax?

The wages I made in Canada were included in my US W2 but I was still sent a T4 slip to file my income made in Canada. What form do I use?

On the US return ... if all your income is on the W-2 then do NOT also enter info from the T4 ... that would be used only on a Canadian return if you are required to file one.
