If you are an employee you can not write off the expense for your Xray License Test. This is a miscellaneous deduction that is not available for tax years 2018 - 2015 due to the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017.

The first license is not delectable. Renewal is for a self employed person but not n employee.
