I own a home through a morgage, and bought mortgage new one out right. Havnt moved in yet last year 2020. But havnt sold the other yet either. Do I need to file, if so?

Already filed both property taxes, but there isn't any section for purchased new home and so on.... I need to know if there is setting I am missing to make sure I covered all bases

You do not report the purchase of a home or the move. When you sell the other home, you may need to report it.  See Topic No. 701 Sale of Your Home.
