Yes, you can claim a Home Energy Credit for natural gas, propane and oil water heaters, furnaces or hot water boilers up to $600.

TurboTax will generate a Form 5695 (Home Energy Credit) by doing the following:

• Click on Federal Taxes 
• Click on Deductions and Credits 
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Under Your Home
• On Home Energy Credits click on the start or update button
