I just bought a car last year, and I need to put in the registration amount. I have the "Registration Fees" and also "Fee for New Registration." Do I include both?

Vehicle registration fees are not deductible however, personal property taxes you paid in 2017 based on the value of the vehicle should be deductible.

Has turbotax eliminated the section to enter car registration fees for state taxes? I cannot find it in the state tax section where it usually is for the past ten years.
