I indicated that I earned foreign income when I initially filled out my application, and now I can’t remove it. It won’t let me E-file at the end because of it.Any ideas?

Try this...

To enter/edit Foreign Income choice:

1. Open your return.
2. Enter foreign in the Search box.
3. Click on jump to foreign income link.
4. Answer No if you did not make any money outside the U.S.?  Continue.

Or Federal tab > Wages & Income > Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion, then Edit/Add > Answer No if you did not make any money outside the U.S.? > Continue
