I have D10-D18 and one total with just a D in box 12. I've entered all D's and getting a duplicate entry for box 12 error?

Any suggestions on why I keep getting "duplicate entry"  none of the numbers are the same.

You only have to enter the total.

Code D – Elective deferral under a Section 401(k) cash or arrangement plan.
