I have a remodeling business with a dedicated home office. Can I also take a deduction on my garage workshop since it is used mostly to build things for customers?

"Mostly" isn't enough for taking a deduction for business use of your home. The portion of your home that you take the deduction for has to be used exclusively for business.

(There are exceptions to the exclusive use requirement for operating a daycare center in your home and for storing inventory, but not for a workshop.)
