I had to pay a large federal tax debt in 2021, can I deduct this on my state tax return?

An error was caught in a previous year Federal return and I had to pay a large sum in 2021. I know this payment is not deductible on my federal return, but is it deductible on my (CA) state return, and if so, where would I enter this payment into TurboTax?
