I had a car accident in 2021, my auto insurance paid for some of the medical expenses in 2022. Should I put that information into the spaces provided?

No, if you did not pay for the expenses yourself, you cannot claim them as a deduction from your income.

if you itemized and deducted medical payments in 2021 for which the insurance company reimbursed you in 2022 you now have miscellaneous taxable income for the reimbursement to the extent the reimbursement if reported in 2021 would have reduced the amount you took as a medical expense deduction on schedule A.
