Sorry, you probably can't, or at best, you have a lot of work to do.
First, charity donations are only deductible in the year they occurred. If you donated toys in 2019, that can only be a tax deduction on your 2019 tax return. Assuming you already filed returns for 2019, 2020 and 2021, you have to file amended returns for those years to claim the deductions.
Second, refunds on amended returns are not paid more than 3 years late. 2019 was due in June or July 2020 (due to the pandemic) and 2020 due May 15, 2021, so the 3 years ran out in 2023 and 2024. You could still amend your 2021 return (due April 15, 2022, closing date for amended returns is April 15, 2025).
Then, to claim a deduction for a charitable donation of items (tangible personal property) you must have your own itemized list that has enough detail to determine the fair market value--type or number, description, original purchase price and date, condition, fair market value, and how you determined the value. Fair market value is what a knowledgeable buyer will pay a willing seller in an open sale, some examples might be auction prices, thrift store prices, or eBay prices. You have to get this information on your own. You also need a receipt or acknowledgement from the charity. If the value is more than $5000, you need a signed appraisal from a qualified appraiser.
Intuit used to offer a service called ItsDeductible that provided values for items, but this was not a substitute for your own detailed inventory, it was at best an add-on, and there was never a guarantee that the IRS would accept ItsDeductible's generic nationwide values for your specific items in your specific location. And I believe that ItsDeductible has been discontinued, although I haven't tried to use it this year.
If you made donations in 2022, you can amend your 2022 return to claim them, but you would have to have your own detailed inventory to determine the fair market value.
