I dropped off my tax return with H& R block by couldn't afford to pick it up, now I can't file this year. What do I do.

You can still file a tax return. If you are getting a refund, there are not consequences to filing after the April 18 deadline. If you have taxes due, you will be assessed a late filing and late payment penalty for filing after the deadline. File as soon as you can to reduce the amount of penalty and interest.
