Yes, you may report the donation of personal property like cars and boats under Deductions & Credits >> Charitable Donations. Search on "charitable donations" and jump to that section to begin.

Add this donation as a separate charity and enter the information from Form 1098-C. You will be asked specific questions about the value of the vehicle, how you obtained it, its condition, etc.
