I cant find me 8889-T I only have form 1099-SA

Form 8889 (the T is for taxpayer, S would be for the spouse) is the form that reports on activity in your HSA. Form 1099-SA is the form that reports on distributions from your HSA, so entering this helps TurboTax create the 8889.

To enter your HSA, do a Search (upper right) for hsa (lower case), and jump to the result. Be sure to go all the way to the end of the HSA interview.
