I was never able to replace the $0 on the medication or the professionals that I met with. I continued through the medical questions and found that I could enter the pieces separately. I am surprised that this problem had not been fixed at some point. I had bought my TurboTax in January and had installed the updates that were available. But that didn’t fix the problem.
Try another way to get into the desktop field boxes. Type 'schedule a' in the search box, then select the 'jump to schedule a' link to be placed directly in the medical expenses category. Continue through to add/edit where you need.
