No. Transportation between home and a job site (in either direction) is commuting and is not deductible.
If you drive from one job site to another in the course of a day, the trips between job sites are deductible as a business expense. You probably don't want to just deduct gas. You can use the standard mileage rate and claim an amount for car expenses based on the mileage.
You cannot deduct self-employment expenses in TurboTax Online Deluxe. You have to either upgrade to TurboTax Self-Employed, or use any edition of the CD/Download TurboTax software.
