I received a corrected 5498-SA Tax Form for HSA contributions made in 2024 for 2023. How do I enter this in my return?

You don't. There is nothing on the 5498-SA that you enter into TurboTax.

You should have already entered this 2024 contribution for 2023 in the HSA interview. You did, didn't you?

Back in the HSA interview, there was a screen, "Did your employer tell you about any other contributions?"

Click on YES, and three new lines appear. You want to enter this 2024 amount for 2023 on the second line.
