HSA contributions show as employer only

W-2 box 12 code W is showing the total HSA contributions, combining mine and the employer, even though in reality I contributed ~80% of that total.

Is this OK? Should I be concerned?

This is correct as code W includes your employer's contribution and your contributions made with pre-tax dollars.
