Solved: Hsa and Medicare part B

I have a high deductable health plan through work. I also have an HSA and Medicare part B. Can I still contribute to the HSA even though I have Medicare part B?

At the HSA part in filing. I contributed $3300 total. It's saying I contributed an excess of $3300 and need to withdraw it by April 15th. Why is this?
