How do you make a donation item stick? I enter and submit and previous items disappear.

If you're using ItsDeductible and not seeing a SAVE button, click on a blank portion of the screen, and one should appear in the lower right of the interface.   There are problems with the new version.  See the info I left you below if you want to use the classic version.

Are you referring to TurboTax desktop product or the ItsDeductible website?

The new ItsDeductible version has some problems that are still being worked out.  You can return to the classic version, if you wish.  Here's how:

• Use this link:
• https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/Logout.htm
• The page will show that you are logged out. At the top of the page is a small sign-in button (see screen image below).
• Click sign-in and use your ItsDeductible login credentials to get access to the classic version of your account.
• You can bookmark that page to use each time.
