How can I pay if I live overseas? I've tried paying with my federal return but it was rejected because I have a foreign address and my foreign credit card isn't accepted.

Please see this link for payment methods that can be used to pay for TurboTax Online. Please be aware only U.S. billing addresses can be used if you pay with a credit card. If you are getting a refund, you also have the option to pay with your refund.
