How can i deduct the EIC? I answered "Yes" to the question "If i lived out of the country for more than 6 moths?" when I was suppose to say "No", HELP

Go to My Info on the left-hand side.  Click Continue by your name and you'll see the question.  Then, go to the EIC section:

1.  Click Federal on the left-hand side menu.

2.  Click Deductions & Credits across the top.

3.  Scroll down to You and Your Family and click Show more.

4.  Click Start or Revisit by Earned Income Credit (EIC).

Go through the interview again, and it will calculate correctly.
