House Flip Capitalized Expenses Elections Reporting?? (IRC Elections)

Our LLC worked on a house all year last year, and were selling the property in 2020. I understand all relevant expenses to the property should be capitalized to the inventory asset, and we can match expenses and revenue in 2020 when the property sells.

So on my 2019 taxes, TurboTax Business asks about special elections. The form is IRC elections... Do I need to fill out the Elections Summary still? To capitalize:

-Startup Exepenses

-Carring Charges

-Organizational

-Property tax

-Repair and maintenance (truck expenses..not house)

ect?

Basicially, I'd like to amortize all expenses for 2020, since we didn't make money in 2019... but idk if I'm required to fill out that IRC elections form?
