Homeowners Insurance page isn't popping up in my Louisiana tax page. How do I go directly to line 17 of form 540 or 540B for the fair plain assessment fee rebate?

This credit is no longer available in Louisiana, effective for tax year 2020.

"Louisiana Citizen Insurance Credit – This credit is no longer available because Act 403 of the 2017 Regular Legislative Session ended the credit effective December 31, 2019." Please see What's New for Louisiana 2020 Income Tax.
