Hi--how to fill the Form 8833 properly? I am from Pakistan and US and Pakistan have a tax treaty. I don't know whether to select "..as required by section 6114 or other.

- Should I select this? The taxpayer is a dual-resident taxpayer and is disclosing a treaty-based return position as required by Regulations section 301.7701(b)-7

- I also don't understand the 2, 3 and 5 in this form.

- In 6, I just copied pasted the relevant article from the Treaty. Is that okay?

- Which tabs can I avoid here?
