Tax Year Prior to 2020: Hello, I lived in Italy in 2019 (12 months), I still hold a greencard and my employer is an Italian company. Can I still file my tax return with turbotax?

Yes, as a green card holder, you may have to report all your worldwide income. You can use Turbo Tax to file your taxes from anywhere in the world so long as you can connect to the internet.  However, refunds can only be made directly to a bank located in the U.S, otherwise, the refund check will be mailed to the foreign address on the return. 

You may also be entitled to the foreign earned income exclusion. For further information please check out the IRS publication 54 Chapter 4.
