"Gift" vs "Non-gift"

As part of my divorce settlement, I have to transfer some stocks from my trading account, to my ex-wife. In the form that my Brokerage Firm has me fill, they ask whether this is a "Gift" or a "Non-Gift".  Shouldn't I choose "Non-Gift". Is there any tax implication to the same? My brokerage account is a post-tax (non 401-K) account.
