Form 8962 Line 26 Calculated wrong and won't let me edit to correct amount

Hi, on form 8962 Premium tax credit line 26 should be line 24 minus line 25 if line 24 is greater. I have 464 on line 24 and 120 on line 25 but line 26 is showing 0 instead of the 344 that it should be.

Also I went in to edit it in the forms section on desktop version and it wont let me edit it either. If I right click override is grayed out. 

I need help with either turbotax fixing the form or a way to edit it to the correct number myself. Thanks.

Per IRS: If you elected the alternative calculation for year of marriage, and line 24 is greater than line 25, enter -0- on line 26 and skip lines 27 through 29.

Does that apply to you?
