Form 8938 part III line 2 question

I filled up part VI with foreign assets that I closed during the tax year. I did not check line 3d box because I entered the gains in part III line 2 under "Other Income" section. Turbotax is flagging an error because I have not checked the box on part VI line 3(d) with error " Form 8938: Part VI, Line 3(d)- Checkbox must be checked or amounts must be reported in Part III line 2 for this account". Why I am getting this error despite having an entry on Line 2 of Part III?
