Form 5695 residential energy credit

where do I fill the form out?  I have a solar tax credit to claim.

To claim a solar tax credit in TurboTax Deluxe online edition, here are the steps:

After sign into your account, select Take me to my return 

1.  At the right upper corner, select search, type in residential energy credit then Enter  

2.  Select the 1st choice on the list, Jump to residential energy credit 

3.  You will be directly taken to the screen Energy-Saving Home Improvements - Did you make energy-saving                        improvements in 2016 or have a carryforward from 2015 ?  Select Yes to continue through the onscreen                            prompts

4.  Stop at screen, Enter Any Additional Energy-Efficient Improvements, enter your information accordingly.
