Form 2106 Lineb should be blank

I keep getting an error that 16b should be blank as there is only one home office. However there is a 0 in the form. It will not allow me to remove the 0 but will not allow me to file with a 0 in that field. I have gone back through the Q&A twice and I selected there was only one home office.

Would clarify, did you receive a W-2 form?

I did, but I have other circumstances and it’s giving me a tax break but it won’t let me delete the 0 that is populating in that field

Try going back through the Form 2106 home office section again.  There will be a question about whether there was a second home office, answer 'yes'.  Then, you should be able to erase the zero that is filled in for line 16b and get rid of the error message.
