For LLC. K-1 determined. Can I electronically transfer funds bus to pers account or do I need to write check dated in 2017. It is now January 2018.

I transferred funds(business profit as shown on K-1) electronically, business account to personnel account and annotated it as "FY2017 Distribution".  Should I instead write a check dated in December 2017?

It's OK to transfer funds electronically from your business account to your personal account.  There is no need to write a paper check.
