Filing tax for foreign nationals

how do I file taxes if I am a foreign national who has bank account in the US but no income and no SSN? thank you.

If you don't have income from a source in the United States, you do not file.

Otherwise you file Form 1040NR which is not supported by TurboTax but can be found here: SprinTax.
